Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Brooks Brawn ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from users of brooksbrawn.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. California residents: see Section 8 below for your specific rights.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account or use the Service:

We also automatically collect limited technical and browsing information via analytics and advertising tools described in Section 3 below, such as pages visited and device/browser information.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or payment card details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

3. Analytics, Advertising, and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and promote the Service:

The Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel collect information about your visit to our site (such as pages viewed and whether you signed up or subscribed) and share it with Meta and TikTok so we can measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people similar to our customers. Under California law, this kind of sharing with advertising partners is legally treated as "sharing," even though no money changes hands — see Section 8 below for how to opt out.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. By creating an account, you confirm you are 13 or older, or that you are a parent or legal guardian creating an account on behalf of a minor aged 13 or older and consent to their use of the Service.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without appropriate parental consent, please contact us at brookswill20@gmail.com and we will delete that information promptly.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our systems. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted authentication (Supabase), HTTPS, and row-level security policies to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the categories of personal information described in Section 1 above, and this policy generally, apply to you as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We do not sell personal information for money. As noted in Section 3, we do use the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, which is legally considered "sharing" under California law.

You have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request its deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, and opt out of the sharing described above — all without discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

To opt out of pixel-based sharing, or to submit a know/delete/correct request, email us at brookswill20@gmail.com from the address on your account. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We do not offer any discount or incentive in exchange for your data.
